What is Print Marketplace?
Print Marketplace is a UK-wide digital web based tool for buying printed material including: brochures, flyers, leaflets, business cards, letterheads and small direct mail campaigns.

Who can use
To use this service you need to be a recognised public sector body listed in the authorised customer list.
What you can buy
Access printed business and marketing material, including but not limited to:

business cards

flyers, leaflets and brochures

forms
-
newsletters
-
textbooks
-
posters
-
pads
-
letterheads
-
small direct mail requirements
-
exhibition and display graphics
-
low volume storage and fulfilment services
-
alternative formats (such as large print and braille)
Not suitable for
The following services are not available:
- end to end print management services, for example, complex multi-component print requirements
- high volume storage and fulfilment services
- large direct mail campaigns
- publishing services for official publications
- digital communications such as emails or text messaging service
You can buy these services through our RM6297 Print and Digital Communications agreement.
How to buy
1. Use our self service buying platform
Buy printed material in a click and buy way using our self service platform.
2. Register for a Print Marketplace account
If this is your first time using Print Marketplace you will need to register for an account. As part of this registration you will be asked to provide further information about your organisation and needs.
3. Filter and sort your quotes
Supplier pricing is built into the system. Once you have submitted your print needs into the platform, you will see this pricing as a list of instant quotes. You will be able to filter and sort the quotes by a range of factors to make it easier to find what you need.
4. Register to become a Print Marketplace supplier
If you work with a particular local supplier that isn’t listed on Print Marketplace, they are welcome to register. Print providers can register to become a Print Marketplace supplier by submitting a supplier registration form.
