RM6413 Digital and IT Professional Services will replace RM6249 Digital and IT Professional Services. It will give defence and security customers a compliant and cost effective way to access digital, IT and cyber capability and expertise.

Supplier engagement

We held the first round of supplier engagement sessions in March 2026. 

The Ministry of Defence and the Government Commercial Agency (GCA), formerly Crown Commercial Service, ran industry briefings for RM6413 Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) 2.0 framework on Thursday 7 May.

These sessions built on previous engagement. They gave more detail about what RM6413 DIPS 2.0 covers and how small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) can take part.
