This is a closed framework under the Procurement Act 2023. Get technical advisory services to support your building and civil engineering projects. Services include project management, cost management and architectural design.

20 August 2025: The confirmed date for tender release is Monday 8 September 2025.

7 August 2025: We will issue the Invitation to Tender (ITT) within 2 weeks. It is the bidders’ responsibility to check the find a tender service for the release of the tender. We encourage suppliers to start signing up to the Central Digital Platform (CDP).

7 August 2025: Read draft copies of the CP2 specification and FAC-1 terms and conditions. These documents are drafts and shared for informational purposes only.

7 August 2025: The market engagement period for Construction Professional Services 2 (CPS2) has ended and we cannot respond to questions at this stage. But, if you have feedback you can email cps2@crowncommercial.gov.uk.

Description

This agreement replaces RM6165 Construction Professional Services. It provides technical advisory services for construction and engineering projects of all sizes.

Get expert advice at every stage of your project, from design through to build. Services include:

  • project management

  • cost management

  • engineering (such as civil, structural and electrical)

  • architectural and design services (buildings, spaces and infrastructure)

  • environmental and sustainability services
