Construction Works and Associated Services 3 including ProCure 24
Summary
This closed framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, will give the UK public sector (including central government, NHS trusts and the wider public sector) access to a range of construction works and services.
Description
This agreement will provide access to a complete range of construction works and services including, but not limited to:
- construction and building work
- civil and structural engineering
- repair and maintenance services
- real estate services
- architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
- prefabricated buildings
- modular and portable buildings
- demolition, site preparation and clearance work
This agreement will replace our current frameworks:
- RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services
- RM6267 Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure 23 (P23)
- RM6184 Offsite Construction Solutions
The specific lot structure and specialisms are yet to be determined and will be decided following customer and supplier engagement.
