Construction Works and Associated Services 3 including ProCure 24

Summary

This closed framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, will give the UK public sector (including central government, NHS trusts and the wider public sector) access to a range of construction works and services.

Description

This agreement will provide access to a complete range of construction works and services including, but not limited to:

  • construction and building work
  • civil and structural engineering
  • repair and maintenance services
  • real estate services
  • architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
  • prefabricated buildings
  • modular and portable buildings
  • demolition, site preparation and clearance work

This agreement will replace our current frameworks:

The specific lot structure and specialisms are yet to be determined and will be decided following customer and supplier engagement.

Updates

We have revised invitation to tender (ITT) timescales for CWAS3, after our communication on 6 January 2026.

To ensure the best possible outcomes for a project of this magnitude, we have extended the bid window and evaluation period.

This adjustment provides bidders with more time for submissions and allows our team the necessary time for evaluation.

Revised key dates:

  • ITT opens: Early March 2026
  • Bid window: 8 weeks
  • Anticipated award or mobilisation: December 2026 to March 2027

We will be hosting a webinar before the ITT comes out. The webinar will provide further details and opportunity to answer questions. We will notify those organisations registered with us directly and also update our website once registration is open.

Supplier engagement

A supplier engagement webinar will be held on 10 February 2026 from 10:00am  to 12:30pm. 

Register for the supplier engagement webinar to learn about our progress and information about the procurement. 

 We will also bring in a number of customer stakeholders to share their input on CWAS3 and strategy on using the framework.
