04/06/2025: Ministry of Defence (MOD) can now access the Technology Products & Associated Services (TePAS) 2 lot 4 and lot 8 catalogue on the Purchasing Platform. Further user information can be found on the MOD’s internal Contracting, Purchasing and Finance (CP&F) and Defence Sourcing Platform (DSP) website.

Description

Buy technology products, software and services to meet all your technology needs including (but not limited to):

  • end user devices: such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets
  • technology infrastructure: such as servers, storage, backup, data centres equipment, network hardware, hubs, routers, and switches
  • services including: installation such as data moves, changes, logistics support, product asset management, product and end user support, tech guidance and training
  • consumables: such as cabling, connectors, data storage and memory sticks
  • peripheral equipment: such as keyboards, mouse, screens, monitors and audio visual equipment
  • commercial off the shelf (COTS) software which is commercially ready-made and available for sale, ‘as a service’, lease, or licence and is generally sourced from resellers (for example, Microsoft, VMware, Google, Oracle, ServiceNow, antivirus software and adobe)

Technology products and associated services 2 (TePas) has a broad scope covering all your hardware products, software licensing and IT services. For more information about the products and services of each lot, read the products and services section.

The current agreement will run for 48 months.

The length of call-off contracts has not been limited. You can decide the length of your call-off contract.

This agreement is in partnership with ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation).

Social Value

All suppliers for this agreement have agreed to provide social value through each customer’s Call-Off Contract. They comply with the Procurement Policy Note 06/20: ‘taking account of social value in the award of central government contracts’.

Carbon Reduction

All suppliers have committed to comply with Procurement Policy Note 006, 'Taking account of Carbon Reduction Plans in the procurement of major government contracts' as required. If a supplier is required to publish a carbon reduction plan, you can find it on their individual supplier details page.

Combines both hardware, software and services through a single lot. You can buy all the hardware, software and services listed in lots 2 and 3 including (but not limited to):
  • end user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets
  • device as a service (for example, outsourcing hardware and device management)
  • consumables such as cabling, connectors, data storage and memory sticks
  • commercial off the shelf (COTS) software which is commercially ready-made and available for sale, ‘as a service’, lease, or licence and is generally sourced from resellers (for example, Microsoft, VMware, Google, Oracle, ServiceNow, antivirus software and adobe)

  • infrastructure hardware such as servers, data centres, hubs, routers, and switches
  • consumables such as cabling, connectors, data storage and memory sticks
  • peripheral equipment such as keyboards, mouse, screens and monitors
  • other technology hardware relating to audio visual, radio, sensors, networking and security

Combines both hardware, software and services from lots 2 and 3 through a single lot but only from suppliers that have Facility Security Clearance (FSC). These suppliers have Developed Vetting (DV) cleared resources.

Provides hardware, software and services designed for the health and social care sector. Includes:
  • assistive technologies and products for example, screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition and more 
  • remote monitoring products and systems, which allow health and/or social care workers to monitor individuals outside the traditional care setting using digital medical devices
  • laptop trolleys
  • screen mounts
  • virtual reality products and services such as, sensory accessories, headsets, movement trackers and systems
